Sabina Popescu Mina was fantastic today - she is a BIAB pro! This is my first time trying out this salon and I am very happy with it. Of course I cannot comment on durability- but should everything go well in the next couple of weeks or so, I will definitely be returning for Mina’s services!

Frankie Vineall Iv been to most Sunbed shops in London, Hertfordshire & Essex and this is my favourite one! Great service from the staff. Best beds the bulbs are always changed regularly and they have lay down, stand up and power plate on stand up it’s like being at the gym and on holiday at the same time lol. They also have a hair salon and nails so you can get everything done in one place. PERFECT : ) xx

A M Found this gem of a place totally by accident when I was in desperate need of a last minute manicure and wax before a business trip away! I can honestly say that Charu is one of the nicest, professional and talented beauticians I have had. She managed to slot me in (due to a last min cancellation of another client) and I got a full body wax, gel manicure, luxury pedicure and threading done all in one go. Charu was lovely throughout and I felt very much at ease (not easy to say when having a very intimate wax done!!) Although the Charu doesn’t use hot Lycon wax, her technique during a Hollywood wax was amazing and i barely felt any pain! (That was the part I was dreading as I normally steer clear of Hollywood strip waxes because of the pain!) She said she used to work in the beauty parlour in Selfridges and Harrods and I can believe that as I left feeling and looking a lot better than when I went in. Will be making her my regular beautician for sure! Thanks Charu! Awesome job! x

Becky Palmer I had my hair done here a few times now and every time its been flawless. The first time was for a colour correction on a dodgy full brunette to blonde home bleach which they fixed perfectly bleaching everything to match and filling in the patches. Everyone was so friendly and lovely there I came back a few month later to sort my roots after it had grown out. Wishing to have more of a fade from the brown to blonde before my graduation and they aced it. They layered in this nano foil technique which created such a beautiful and natural transition. If youre wanting any colour jobs I HIGHLY recommended going here. All the hairdressers were so easy to talk to and made the experience super fun

Razvana Hussain Had an appointment booked after the availability was shown online, paid and drive 45 minutes only for no-one to be at the premises. On calling I was cut off and received texts to inform me she would not be available as was on a training course! Given the circumstances you’d have thought she would pick up the phone and offer a sincere apology for the situation but instead she hid behind text messages and then proceeded to tell me I could get a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay more and deal with someone who knows how to look after their customers
