Hollie Jasmine I’ve been seeing Nahid for laser hair removal and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results. She is incredibly warm, gentle and genuinely lovely from the moment you walk in. I have dark hair, so I was hoping laser would work well for me and it absolutely has. The improvement has been amazing, far better than I expected. Nahid explains everything clearly, checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable and you can tell she really cares about her clients. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I couldn’t recommend her more. She’s truly wonderful at what she does.

Elham Parvizi I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for a long time, mainly because of Elham’s excellent service and her fantastic skills. However, during my visit last Wednesday on the 8th, I was extremely concerned by the unsafe conditions in the salon. Water was leaking from the ceiling near electrical fittings, which posed a serious safety risk for both customers and staff. What was even more disappointing was the lack of immediate action or concern from management on that day. The situation was handled very poorly, and customer and staff safety — should have been treated as the top priority. It was concerning that the manager did not address the issue promptly or take steps to protect everyone in the salon.I cancelled my appointment while I was worried for Elham and other members of staff who were working there.

Katie Really loved my experience at this nail salon! The nail technicians are all very professional and friendly. My nails came out really lovely, my nail tech took her time with my nails and was thorough even though my session ran past their closing time a bit so I appreciate that she didn’t rush them. Would definitely recommend :) nice, aesthetic vibe in there too
