Nadiah H Beautiful venue with a charming cafe with delicious homemade cakes and coffee. I come here to unwind and chat to lovely Annarita that runs the cafe.

Chernenko Sebastian Great London city gym and the facilities are 10/10. I’ve been working with Gene for the last 2 years and he is such a joy to work with, he’s been training me recently and his service is impeccable and such a great trainer. Amber’s boxing class during lunchtimes are the best for a quick boost of energy and she makes sure that we are looked after before, during and after the class. Tyrese is also another fabulous trainer who has been one incredible man he’s really helped me and my colleagues get in the best shape and he’s really attentive and always helpful around the clock.

The Cut Gym - London City Personal Trainers - 2-6 Austin Friars

Gordon Fantastic gym with an amazing team! I’ve been training here for about 4 months and have genuinely loved every session. The trainers are excellent — knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. Having tried other methods in the past, I’ve never come close to the results I’ve achieved here in such a short time. Steve has been outstanding, ensuring I stay accountable, but in a positive and encouraging way that keeps you motivated, which has made a huge difference to my consistency and progress. Every session feels purposeful and efficient — the gym is very results-focused and ensures every session counts. I could not recommend The Cut more highly!

K J Incredible gym and world class staff! The GM even let me borrow his own personal electric foam roller! Incredible service I must say! Lots of space and glass windows. Plus they got compression boots coming! This will make it the best gym in London I believe. My only suggestion for improving is to have a space for privacy when changing. Other virgins have an area where you can not change in front of everyone as some people get pretty inappropriate unfortunately. But thats not unique to this gym. But aside from that this is a 10/10 gym well worth the money and beats other high end gyms

Fitness First Fenchurch St -

Ajith Asokan Fitness First Fenchurch Street has always been a staple for the City crowd, but the recent refurbishment has elevated it from a standard "basement grind" to a high-spec training environment. While the aesthetic upgrade is undeniable, the sheer technicality of the new kit introduces a significant learning curve for the average member. The Transformation The gym floor has transitioned to a much more open, industrial-chic layout. Gone are the cluttered rows of legacy machines, replaced by a curated selection of Technogym and Eleiko equipment. The lighting is sharper, the air conditioning actually works, and the functional training zone has been significantly expanded to accommodate the growing demand for HIIT and hybrid training. The Tech Gap: Innovation vs. Intuition The centerpiece of the refurb is the integration of ultra-modern biometric equipment. However, for those of us used to "pin and pull" machines, the new hardware feels like stepping onto the set of a sci-fi film. Biocircuit Integration: Many of the new resistance machines are now fully digital. If you dont have your app synced or your RFID band ready, the machine essentially stares back at you blankly. It’s no longer about "getting a pump"; it’s about data management. The "Mystery" Mechanics: Several pieces of equipment—particularly in the functional area—defy traditional logic. There is a cable-and-rail system near the back that looks like a prototype for a vertical slingshot. Without a PT standing nearby to explain the planes of motion, it remains a very expensive piece of modern art.

Felix Anguita Morales Basic sports facility. Lacks some essential machines at the gym although it’s been renovated recently. Pool could use some very serious cleaning and opening times are quite limited. Staff is very friendly and the price is quite affordable specially for central london.
