Linda Zingone Slough Ice Rink is a fantastic place, especially for those who are serious about skating. We visit regularly for training, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and positive. The staff, particularly Sal and Nathan, truly make it stand out. They’re always friendly, full of smiles, and quick with a joke that makes you feel like part of the family. Their warmth and attention to detail create such a great environment, and we always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Lee Murray The team at Unleashed are so welcoming. As an individual returning to exercise, they made me feel really comfortable coming back into a gym environment. The extra bonus for me, are the additional walking/trekking trips which Unleashed organise. For me combining gym work with these outdoor activities, provides me with an lifestyle experience I havent been able to find before. I would highly recommend joining the Unleashed Performance community to anyone like myself, new to the area.

Sam Taylor David Lloyd Bracknell is genuinely an outstanding facility. The gym is spacious with everything laid out in a way that makes training easy and enjoyable. There are more than enough courts, the spa is consistently excellent, and the pool is almost always quiet which is rare for a club of this size. The food is reliably good and the staff are consistently fantastic, friendly, and switched on. Everyone’s experience is their own but I honestly can’t understand how anyone could rate this place one star. It doesn’t reflect the reality of what the club offers. I feel very lucky to be able to come here and grateful to have a club of this standard so close. Credit to the whole team for keeping it running at such a high level.

Ian Munro I’ve been attending Base Pilates for over two years. Dale offers a unique blend of pain and humour that has the class pushing themselves further than they believe possible. Her Pilates completely cured a chronic lower back issue I had. She is 100% the best Pilates teacher out there!
