Zeeshaan Shazad I made the choice to go with Royal Wharf Clinic for my hair transplant as opposed to usual routes to Turkey and I am glad I made the right choice.
The whole experience with RWC has been amazing, from the start I was taken care of and had a great consultation with Ani who was super helpful and listened attentively. It was a simple process of organising the surgery date and the admin side was very straightforward.
On the day of the surgery, I was met by the lovely RWC team including Dr. Shaan, Mansi and the great technicians. Their friendly approach and positive attitude made settling in easy. Dr Shaan is a great surgeon, super easy to talk to, very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process from getting the hairline drawn, anaesthesia injected and the sugery itself went by very quickly and again, I was well look taken care off by the whole team who do take pride in their work. Dr Shaan was heavily involved with the process and always kept checking in throughout the day to see how I was getting on which was appreciated.
The aftercare has been great so far with constant check ins by the team and their availability to answer question has been top. Overall, I am extremely happy to have come to RWC as opposed to abroad as I was able to recieve a high class treatment at a price which is quite similar to Turkey. Staying in the UK, helps avoid unnecessary stress around travel, flights and the scepticism of Turkish surgeries and their aftercare. Thanks all.
Update: I additionally recieved a compliementary PRP session led by Berta. She was amazing, very professional and carried out the procedure in a great manner. Will be back for more sessions in the future.
