1 /5 ProBeans37: I went to this salon based on the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment and clearly asked to keep my usual square nail shape, just slightly more rounded at the ends so they wouldn’t scratch me. I had such a beautiful shape. Instead, the technician completely disregarded my request and changed my nails to an oval shape. After spending months growing them into the shape I wanted, only wanting them shorter this time. I was really upset; went home and file them very very short to have them in a square shape but they are really thick. I mentioned it at the end and I was told that I should have been more specific with the shape, however the technician should have asked (like everywhere else I went to) if I like the shape before continuing with the rest of the nails.
At no point was I asked if I was happy with the shape, even after the first nail was done. On top of that, one of the nails has paint that looks completely messed up, almost like the polish was removed in spots. I wasted ÂŁ40, time, and will now need to wait a few months to grow the nails in the shape I want.
The customer service overall was lacking, except for one lady who was more engaging and pleasant. Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
