5 /5 Yam Tamang: My facial was absolutely incredible with Kiran .Used high quality products suited perfectly for my dry and sensitive skin.The massage was relaxing, and her technique made the entire session soothing and refreshing. By the end of the treatment my skin felt deeply moisturised ,plump, and glowing.She is professional, gentle, and truly understands skin needs. So I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing improve skin tone and radiance .

1 /5 Martina Occhetta: The staff were friendly, but I left very disappointed with my visit. I booked a manicure and pedicure with removal. The manicure and pedicure were done with care, but the appointment took more than two hours which felt extremely long. The polish application was very poor (see photo, taken less than 10 mins after I left) - uneven and such low quality that I didn’t even make it home before I started peeling it off because of how bad it looked. I was also concerned about hygiene, as the tools were definitely not sterilised - but probably hadn’t even been cleaned. The team was kind, but the finish, product quality, and cleanliness need serious improvement. I’m not sure how they have such a high rating.

5 /5 MARLENE LOPEZ: I want to try a different place for my manicure and pedicure. To be honest most of that we have are the quick one that are most to paint nails in 20 min as much, but here is real one to take an hour and you would have a real pedicure well done, with massage, exfoliating and nice designs. The manicure was well good and I think I could definitely return. I don’t if add 4 or 5 but definitely is on top of the average if you really want a real manicure and pedicure rather than just a nice nails design. The price/value was good.

1 /5 Layla Manny: Not worth the money at all. I’m honestly surprised they have the confidence to charge people if this is the quality of their work. I’m not even sure the nail tech who did mine was qualified she couldn’t apply the gel properly without getting it everywhere, and she kept hurting my skin while scraping the gel off the edges. She did not know how to apply BIAB and gel colour properly it was so lumpy, didn’t even get the shape right I had to fix it myself because I wanted a square shape, and it still doesn’t look square at all. Also it’s not my fault she did the job slow she had to kept take off the colour and do it again because it was so lumpy but she kept saying she wanna go home its so late etc. I paid for a service and wasted my time, and I’m so disappointed it was definitely not worth it.
