She explains everything so well, makes the sessions engaging, and I can really feel the positive difference in my body. Highly recommended.

Mel Omirou I stumbled upon Nicks yoga and meditation online, only to find that on that actual day he had a small group of people meeting outside for a session. I bravely went along and felt instantly welcome. Nicks teaching is so calm and easy to follow I was completely absorbed. I have since discovered Nick does online classes which is wonderful in your own home, particularly as the Gong meditation is so deep and relaxing its perfect not to have to drive home afterwards
