3 /5 Baby Noel: Dont get me wrong ... I love this place BUT ... today my split day off (precious time) arrived at 2.30pm for shellac manicure 45min job and my daughter for infills and shellac. I left there at 4.30pm, but waited until 5.15pm for my daughter. When we arrived there were no other people waiting, just 3 people being dealt with. What we were not told was that the staff we could see were the only staff there!!!! Maybe I should have asked???? Usually people might not be in their seat but still ay work. I am furious as a loyal customer they should have been candid and let me know u are short staffed and waiting time!!! As a nurse letting people know the waiting time they can make an informed decision to wait or leave. But instead they chose to carry on as if it was business as usual. WRONG! Respect others time! I didnt want to say anything in the shop as I would kick off and I didnt want to embarrass them as I do like and respect them but do they like and respect me? I dont know if I will go back as I am so upset about my time wasted. I had more tasks to complete before the end of the working day! Learning point: Allow people to make informed decisions by being candid!

5 /5 Amy L: Van at Images has been doing my nails for over a year now and she consistently does an amazing job. I usually go for ombré acrylic extensions and she gets them perfect every time - no bumps and exactly the right shape and colour. Her technique is brilliant, I have never had a nail chip off or break. They last for weeks and because of her technique, when they grow out they do not look lumpy at the base. Thank you Van, you are the best!

5 /5 Sophia: I’ve been to Images several times and they always do an outstanding job! I got a shellac pedicure and an ombré French shellac manicure. They are real professionals and do such great work. The team is amazing - they stayed late to finish my manicure which was so appreciated. I absolutely love my nails!
