Shirley Wong I took the 5 week course at Dalston Clay and fell in love with pottery. Barnaby and Emma are fantastic teachers and there’s just a great community here even on the social nights. My favourite hangout spot in Dalston!

Katie Watson Keiran is an awesome teacher. I thoroughly enjoy his pilates and yoga classes. Im so much stronger and fitter since I started them. The classes always provide the opportunity to push yourself and Keiran is informative about what were doing and why. Cant recommend him highly enough.

Damian Cannon I dont know about the rest of the community centre but I chanced by the Lordship Hub today, attracted by the delicious cooking smells, and was very impressed by the café. Whats abundantly clear is that all of the food is fresh and home cooked. The main meal (dahl and salad) that I was hoping for had run out but I was encouraged to try their vegan toastie instead and it was excellent. Paired with some apple and cinnamon cake (perfectly moist) and a savoury pastry starter (kind of a mini-Cornish pasty) it all hit the spot very nicely. With the sun making a welcome appearance the Hub proved to be an excellent spot for lunch.

Meghan Nealon This was my first ever Lagree class and I LOVED it. The instructor, Elena, was really helpful and made me feel welcome, safe and challenged. It was truly a whole body workout and I loved the focus on slow, sustained movement that really allows you to properly target the various muscle groups. I also met the owners, Karley and Phil, who were lovely and have clearly put so much heart into every detail of the studio. The art and everything else is so well curated. Shoutout to the delicious açaí bowl as well - one of the best I’ve ever had and not overly sweet. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!
