Katarzyna Kowalczyk I received a voucher for my birthday and decided to use it right away. In the morning, I woke up with a runny nose and sinus pain and even considered rescheduling the treatment, but after the Japanese head spa session and a short nap, everything went away. I believe it was thanks to the face massage and the warm steam. The service and atmosphere were very pleasant and professional. It was an interesting and relaxing experience. My face feels refreshed, and my hair is shiny and beautifully scented. The treatment was tailored to my individual needs. Highly recommended!

ANTONI of LONDON DO NOT BOOK WITH BAN RAM they are a fraudulent set up posing as a booking service working along side salons but in fact have no connection with salons to offer bookings. They register domain names using other salon names or slighy similer such as salonnameW1 for instance making it seem legit as it shows up on Google. I own a salon that they have done this to and asked them to take down my details and stop using my name. They say they will but never do. Absolute criminals. Stay away and go direct with the salon or book with a trusted booking service like treatwell.

Natasha Yeshua Olga saved my hair, I cannot thank her enough ❤️ I will be returning soon I had my hair coloured by an awful colourist called Brittany Tuck, she absolutely destroyed the previous colour I had which I asked her to refresh - see first 2 images. Please stay away, she did not offer to correct or any sort of compensation, she has blocked me. 2 days later I booked an appointment with Olga. What a godsend! I came to the salon with no hope at all, I was genuinely terrified my hair could not be repaired, Olga worked her magic and I left beaming - see last image Thank you so much xxx

Jessica McHenry Loved my nails! Trimmed my cuticles and were so gentle while filing my nails. I asked for an Italian inspired sacred heart nail art and my nail tech NAILED it. Cuticle oil and hand cream at the end. £40 for removal of gels, reapplication and 4 nails of art. Great price and only took 45 minutes. I will 100% be coming back thank you ❤️❤️ I didn’t have cash on me so they let me come back 1 hour later to pay which is so nice.
