What impressed me the most was the proper sterilisation of tools — something many salons in London unfortunately overlook, so this level of care truly inspired trust and confidence. The finish turned out perfect: an even colour, a smooth surface, and a beautiful shine. I left the appointment extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning.
