1 /5 Farnaz Asadloo: I had the worst facial of my life here. I’ve been getting monthly facials for ten years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I had a hydra facial plus masks for almost £170, and I honestly cannot believe how bad everything was. My face is now covered with under-the-skin bumps. The specialist who did the treatment was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a 10-minute consultation, and she was so nervous and unsettled that I was actually scared to ask more questions. I asked for the Wi-Fi password because I wanted to look at their website and ask a few questions about different types of facials. When she came back and I was trying to enter the password, she responded very nervously and rudely, telling me that “we don’t have time, can you lie down faster, time is running,” even though I still had consultation time left. During the treatment, she worked very fast, with no attention to detail, as if she just wanted to rush through it and get it over with. She didn’t even notice a large blemish on my face - I had to point it out myself so she could treat it. I only had one pimple when I arrived, and 1 day later my face was full of bumps. At first, I thought maybe it was just a reaction, but as time passed, it became clear that the treatment was done poorly. All my friends who have had hydrafacials say their skin glows for days afterward. My skin did not glow at all. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering how much I paid. The service was far from professional, and I will never go back. Even when I told them what happened, they didn’t even apologize. The practitioner never reached out, and instead, someone on WhatsApp casually said that “your skin looks fine without makeup,”even though they have no idea what my bare skin looked like before the treatment. And if my bare skin truly looked “fine,” then why is my face reacting worse after their facial? They offered my consultation only without being sorry for my bad experience. This clinic is extremely overrated. The practitioner couldn’t even speak proper English, the service was unprofessional, and the whole experience was unacceptable. I will never return.

1 /5 V P: It’s been more than 2 years that I am doing the same hydrafacial treatment monthly (skin for life Hydrafacial 90min) and I am a client of both 3 beauty shops for I don’t know how many years. I always booking extra 30 minutes on purpose as I need extra time to the traditional hydrafacial as I like attention to details and my skin need a proper well done facial and happy to pay for the upgrades. Treatment lasted less than 1 hours (so less than a traditional hydrafacial), no mask was included (previously it was always included with oxygen electric item as well) and red LED mask was left for like 6 minuets when it should be left at least 15 minutes. Paid for a 90minutes treatment and received less than 1 hour treatment.

It’s perfect, toned and glowing :) I’m very happy with the result — highly recommend to anyone! Nadezda is very professional, has great attention to detail, and immediately knew which treatment would work best for my face.

1 /5 Redgi Coeli: I had a Kobido facial massage, but unfortunately the experience did not meet the expected standard. The therapist did not appear to be familiar with the proper technique, and the movements felt incorrect and unprofessional, as if the skin was being dragged rather than worked with controlled massage techniques. During a Kobido massage, a headband is normally used to protect the hair. In my case, the headband was not properly placed, and because the massage was quite careless, my hair ended up completely covered in cream. I informed the therapist that I had other commitments afterward and needed my hair to remain clean. She acknowledged this, but the situation did not improve. After the treatment, the receptionist did not ask for any feedback regarding my experience. When I mentioned at the time of payment that the massage had been poorly performed, the only response I received was that I would not be booked with that therapist again. There was no apology or attempt to address the issue, which was disappointing.

Human touch has colossal impact on one’s overall experience , let alone procedures that one’s never had before!
