I highly recommend this salon based on my first experience. I hadn’t booked a pedicure but when I expressed a wish to have done so, this was swiftly checked and offered . I also had great advice on nail care & a suitable treatment offered to help - a high level of sports activities have created problems , I will see if the treatment provided works well - after this first class service , I fully expect Lien’s advice & treatment to work . A Lovely team , very relaxed friendly atmosphere in the heart of Chelsea .

Derek P Excellent service and customer care. I visited the salon with my wife, as Ive got older it is more difficult the look after my toenails. The Lagoon therapist was kind and highly skilled, taking great care to ensure my nails were filed correctly to avoid any problems with ingrowing toenails. Thank you to the therapist for your assistance. My wife was also impressed with her treatments, a shellac manicure, pedicure and relaxing facial. A picture of her nails is attached. Thanks Lagoon, we will be back for future treatments.

Lottie Gilbourne Recommending sheer skin clinic to any of my family & friends! I had 4 skin tags that had become more prominent postpartum. I enquired when I was walking past the clinic & they booked me straight in & explained everything to me. I immediately felt at east & safe in their hands (even had my baby with me during appts which was no problem) Had 3 appts altogether & skin tags all gone :) super happy with the results!
