Marisa Georgas Lily’s nails & spa is a hidden sanctuary in the middle of busy Westfield. Whether you want to indulge in a relaxing pedicure, complete with luxury massage chairs and a herbal tea or fit in a quick manicure, I highly recommend this spa. I’m always very pleased with the service and look of my nails and the sparkling new salon adds to the experience. Gorgeous spa!

leah neil Pricing is very inconsistent not only online and instore but also amongst the staff. I feel like more clarity is definitely needed. It’s almost like you feel like a nuisance if you book online with treatwell which is confusing if you prefer for customers to pay in cash instore then come off the app instead of causing all this confusion. It’s 2025 and it’s no longer common for people to be walking around with cash nor is it convenient hence why people book online via treatwell but when you do , the information and pricing your being told online isn’t consistent with what’s being said instore. It’s very misleading. I only did my nails yesterday and as you can see there is gel polish around the cuticle as well as peeling skin and small cuts. It’s not very neat at all. I understand that not everything is gonna look perfect but it’s important that all services are performed to the best of your ability especially for a paying customer. The reason why the standard of the nails wasn’t brought up as soon as my nails were done is because I didn’t realise and instore it almost feels like one in one out. As soon as your service is done you’re not a priority.

She is very kind and patient, she is very skilled at her work and pays a lot of attention, I am always happy with the results and have never had an issue with my nails.
