I have been getting both my hands and feet done here since I moved to SE London in January and each time I have always been impressed with the quality and service! I always go for gels and try to come prepared with colours, they are very good at finding exactly what you want to what they have (which is a lot) they do there very best to fit everyone in, and so kind! I am about to have a baby and they always took care of me and even got my baby a little gift. I have been in there a few times and witnessed how rude some people can be to them, and also some reviews regarding being kept waiting - just like us they are human beings and working very hard. Please be kind ❤️ and thank you happy nails!

1 /5 Fatma Yusuf: I had a pedicure done here and the woman was quite harsh when it came to the part where they clean under and the sides of your nails to remove dead skin. She had cut me but I didnt realise at the time and thought ouch this is definitely the only time a pedicure has hurt me. 2 weeks later I have a toe infection paronychia which has caused me immense pain that I couldnt walk for 2 days, pus and everything I am only antibiotics and they caused this as they clearly do not clean/sterilise their equipment. I went with a friend and waited for her to be done with her pedicure and when they were done with her they didnt clean the wash bowl and let someone else on right after. Honestly horrid. Please avoid this place if you like healthy toes/nails.
