3 /5 Kibibe Bailey: Seemed like a decent place, I went here for the first time a few days ago and was and am happy with the service. I liked the fact that they offered drinks, water or hot drink which isnt really done these days. They also had added touches to their pedicures which I loved. I did wait a little longer than expected, but I get it, I was a walk in and it was a peak day, being the weekend. I got a little discount which I was glad about. I would have appreciated if they put a sign up that its a cash only nail bar, I was able to pay Bank Transfer thankfully but still, it seems cash is their primary way of taking payments.
Ive dropped a few stars off the rating because I dont know why the person who is writing on behalf of A COMPANY is so rude to those who have given a low rating and negative feedback about their experience. Its very distasteful. Professionalism is everything, even online.
