5 /5 Demi Close: I have been going to the salon for 9 months now. Nhi does my nails. She is amazing, so friendly, always listens to exactly what I want and does my nails quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommend her!

1 /5 Katerina Ruseva: I can confidently say this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The salon is filthy and poorly maintained, I had to wait for over 20mins despite having booked an appointment. Nobody even asked what I was waiting for. One technician started my nails and moved onto someone else. I was finished by someone else who rushed through it, was quite rude as kept tapping on the table to get me to hurry up as I was checking on the progress. Nails were badly shaped, badly polished and the price was quite high. Terrible place and I won’t be going back.

1 /5 A M: So rude and unfriendly! I walked in the shop after booking an appointment and absolutely no one said hi to me, even though there were staff sitting down doing nothing. One of them looked at me and just stared at me with absolutely no emotion. If you suffer from anxiety you will feel extremely uncomfortable in this place. Such rude demeanour. The entire aura of the nail shop was negative. Not only that, the nails started lifting after one week!

3 /5 Sarah W: Started coming to House of Vanity as its my local salon and open late and they said they took card however ive been 3 times and two times the card machine wasnt working. Ive stopped believing because I ask will it be back working next time and they say yes until the day. They had an advantage over competitors because of the card option. Decent job with my nails but very slap dash.
