Rhiannon I have been travelling to this salon for a wash, haircut & blow dry with Ausra for the past few months, she works with me on how I want it cut, I always leave happy and fresh! Reasonably priced, lovely service and clean space. Highly recommend!

Layla B I met the owner who kindly fitted an emergency appointment in last minute. She was friendly and professional. Her salon is very small, but so cute and cosy. Nicely furnished. I had shellac removal. Planning to go back and try a manicure and massage soon.

Haneen AR I always do my eyebrows at BBB, but today I did them with Manju for the first time, and I’ve never seen my eyebrows look this beautiful since I started threading. She really knows what she’s doing!

elle moore Natisha was e.x.c.e.l.l.e.n.t. - I rarely ever get my nails done and when I do its always something plain and nutural. I have a wedding this weekend and am wearing a black dress so took a notion of getting dark nails - Natisha really held my hand through the process as this was so out of my comfort zone and they turned out terrific I really love the work she did - such good quality! However the original dark dark brown colour I really had my heart on had been discontinued - silly really as that dark brown is so on trend right now so it really left something to be wanted...and its autumn and this is an autumn colour? It was clear that the brushes for the nail varnish were also not user friendly - also both the screens for booking in didnt work but these negatives are definately a failure of TownHouse head office rather than the staff who remained really calm professional and found a way to make it work! Thank you TownHouse I will be back but email me when dark brown comes back in!

Shana Mason I had booked an appointment at this place after having a previous booking cancelled in a different salon. Boy, am I the happiest gal that ever got cancelled on. This salon is clean, the staff are professional and adhere to hygiene to the highest standard. A special shoutout to Ivana, who has delivered the best pedicure I’ve had in years, perhaps ever. I recommend this place with absolute top marks. A+ service.
