5 /5 Layla B: I met the owner who kindly fitted an emergency appointment in last minute. She was friendly and professional. Her salon is very small, but so cute and cosy. Nicely furnished. I had shellac removal. Planning to go back and try a manicure and massage soon.

1 /5 riyaxali: I took my daughter here for an ear piercing and was extremely disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism. The piercer completely missed the clearly marked spot on her ear lobe and instead pierced dangerously close to the ear muscle. When I questioned her, she admitted she felt my baby was moving too much but still chose to continue instead of stopping – something no professional should ever do. Mistakes can happen, but what concerned me most was her response afterwards. There was no genuine remorse, no sincere apology, and no sense of accountability for causing my child unnecessary pain and leaving her with a poorly placed piercing. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when working with babies. I would strongly advise against trusting this salon for ear piercings.

1 /5 Ash Hiden: Terrible customer service. I booked a massage treatment through Treatwell, I was asked to come back half an hour later than my appointment because she was running behind. Which I did. I then came back after half hour to be told to sit and wait for one or two minutes. After 15 minutes I left because I could no longer delay another engagement. I have requested a refund, and have had multiple emails ignored. I am still waiting.

1 /5 Begum Shumillah “Hippi”: I went for hair cut today but I was so sure Nashmils would cut my hair perfectly straight. It turns out it not. One short one long. Didn’t make effort to check the hair properly. I felt hurt and ripped off. I know I won’t get refund. Nashmil may be nice lady but I wouldn’t recommend this place. Today 3rd day I popped in salon and told her she messed up my hair and I knew my hair didn’t felt right. This Nashmil lady won’t admitting she done wrong she have no shame and she should never cut people hair. The Headmasters salon manages to fix my hair and I’m forever grateful. It a shame I didn’t get refund I wish and should report it. No one should ever have to experience this.

1 /5 Polina: Very unprofessional service! AVOID THIS PLACE! I booked an appointment (waxing) with Leinar (she is the only one nice and professional staff there), however I had another women. She was very messy, did not use sanitiser and special oil to take off the excess of wax. I was told that Leinar suddenly got ill, but its the second time its happing, so I think the receptionist is just lying to me, because they need clients! Then, they charged me 12 GBP instead of 10 GBP (price list is on the website), saying that there is a mistake and they did not update the prices! Be careful, prices are different on the website and in the salon! I think this is very rude and unprofessional!
