Victoria Wilkes We have been struggling for a while to find a gym that still has that old school family feel its refreshing to be a part of a gym where its about hard work and not just a spandex show. They have a great variety of coaches and always on you to do your best and train harder. Great for the kids aswell our son loves it, he can get a little over stimulated at times and they are always so patient and encouraging of him. Couldnt recommend enough.

Sandy G Im very happy to recommend Hannah for her Pilates classes. I have been attending more than a year now; twice a week. Her classes are always varied with different exercises and adapted to different levels so everyone can take it at their own pace. She also corrects your body alignment which helps to find the right position when you work out. My body posture has definitely improved with strength, mobility and flexibility.
