1 /5 J Kerr: Gymbox only care about money. Nothing else.
I joined Gymbox Holborn in October. Paid around £130 for a month to month contract as my health wasnt great so I wasnt sure how long I could commit to.
Literally had just one session when I had to have a stomach operation. I then contacted them to ask for a refund. Nope, they insisted on seeing evidence of my operation, which I supplied and then insisted I freeze the membership.
Gymbox have zero empathy or any customer focus - had they have refunded me, wished me a fast recovery etc I very likely would have signed back up. Have they never heard of customer goodwill?
Disappointed. Just total money grabbing and the way they handled the communication was really poor.
And still no refund.
