5 /5 Shannon M: I started just two weeks ago and I’m already hooked! The instructors are incredibly welcoming and supportive, which makes such a difference. Every workout is fun, challenging, and super versatile. I used to struggle with going to the gym consistently, but this place has completely changed that. I actually look forward to working out now. It’s honestly addictive - in the best way!
4 /5 Louise Leonard: I was looking for an affordable and motivating way to get fit and so far so good. In just one week Im seeing progress. Great that the classes are 45 mins so I can get in and out and do several a week. The coaches are motivating, kind and generous with helpful tips. Theyve got a good thing going.
5 /5 George TG: F45 Dalston delivers exactly what it promises—high-energy, efficient workouts with a supportive team atmosphere. The 45-minute sessions are well-structured and varied, making it easy to stay consistent. Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating, and the studio is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. Ideal for anyone serious about results.
5 /5 Tea andCakes: F45 workouts are a dream; turn up and be given a whole body workout with help on hand if you need it.Dalston’s one of the best: Helpful crew; GREAT music, and it’s not in a basement - it’s ideal! Staff are friendly and attentive to everyone. Showers a bit iffy (only 2) but hardly anyone stays to use them. Thoroughly recommend this place! Thanks!
Susanne Griffin After the gyms closed.....Lily put on a fantastic on line Zoom class . This has kept me going during lock down and hopefully beyond! Thank you.
Kathy Gale Aydin and the team at A1 gym are truly brilliant. I started seeing Aydin over a decade ago, when I had just had a diagnosis of mild osteopenia. He put me on a regime of weight training and we reversed it. Ive been seeing him ever since. We rate him so highly we continued seeing him on Zoom when we moved to Eryri/Snowdonia. Hes also a great listener and has helped us out with a number of problems over the years - well beyond the call of duty. A skilled and lovely man.
Walk and See The gym equipment here is very complete. There are also gym equipment for people with disabilities. There are also equipment for wheelchair users. The gym is very accessible for wheelchair maneuvers, all floors are flat. Inside the gym there are staff who will help if you have difficulty using the equipment. Oh yes, there are special lockers for disabled/wheelchair users. There is a free tap water refill in the gym. The gym is clean although sometimes there are a few equipment that smell of sweat and I think thats normal. I highly recommend this gym for wheelchair users. There are special prices for disabled.
Dana Baldwin Mamma method postnatal Pilates has been a lifesaver. Easy to follow, great way to pass time with baby, and I feel legitimately stronger. Really happy to have found this.
Vassilia S Lately the showers are cold it’s a chock . Then the changing rooms stink .. the pool is small but ok. Steam room and sauna are ok. Don’t forget a lock and preferably a pair of flip flops as so many don’t respect the beat foot rule so annoying to have to walk barefoot when other wear ghee shoes from outside
Benjamin Colla Best Dojo in London by far. Ive tried most kickboxing classes in town and even though I have to travel from quite far I really dont mind.
Everyone is very friendly and the level of training is so good for a very competitive price.
The progression system really gets you in a position to improve and teachers are super professional and helpful to reach whatever your goal is.
So happy Ive found this place!
