Steve Parkes The best old school gym around for miles. Plenty of plate loaded equipment and machines to have an amazing workout whatever your training. I paid £4 for a one off session and will certainly be going more often when Im in the area at that price.

Amanda de Courcy Julia is an inspirational Pilates teacher. Her classes over the last 8 years have always been fun and informative. Julia offers different levels of difficulty with gentle discreet guidance to each of us according to our individual needs. She keeps up to date with scientific and holistic thinking. I really enjoy the supportive nurturing atmosphere Julia creates in her classes and highly recommend her.
