Kevin Cook For a month I had pain in my right shoulder. Doctor and osteopath seen. Went to Louise. She took the time with her knowledge to correctly diagnose a rota cuff injury and then with her treatment, just two sessions, I was free of the pain and discomfort. Perfect!!

Crawley Martial Arts Academy - Priestley Way

James Stagg My boys and I have been training both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here for 18 months, I joined them training BJJ seeing as I was there 6 days a week, it feels very much like a family, everyone is super friendly and the years of knowledge in the gym is second to none. The cost of membership is such great value for money and amount of classes you have access to accommodates just about anyone’s schedule so no excuses

Harry Simi Myself and my team attended an inter-club hosted by Surrey Savate. It was a pleasure to compete and network alongside this organisation along with Guildford Savate and other clubs. The event was one of the smoothest we’ve ever been to. And certainly the best co-ordinated. We all walked away with outstanding bouts, good memories and new friends. Special thanks to James Plaistowe for hosting us. James Anthill, Joe Ferris, Oonagh and the rest of the team who all made us feel so welcome.

Dave A fantastic club to join. I joined with my son, brother and his son, we wanted to learn and train together and it’s been a great opportunity for this. It’s a fun and disciplined, and the Sensai’s have a lot of patience. The focus isn’t to get you through your belts as quickly as possible, it’s about learning the correct way. I had no experience before joining and I’ve really enjoyed my journey, so far. I would recommend it to someone who has no experience as much as I would to someone who has previously trained and wants to get back into it.
