5 /5 ralphtah: If I could give 10 stars, I would. I normally don’t post reviews because I can’t be bothered, unless something is really bad or outstandingly amazing. In the case of Grit13, it’s the latter…outstanding in every way, and some more. Not only because of the nice small group personal training approach or the expertly curated strength/hybrid workouts that push you to the limits, but more importantly because of the amazing community that the founder Toby has created. The clientele? friendly, positive, fun. The trainers? a reflection of Toby’s positivity as a good-hearted encouraging human being. Everyone is welcome at Grit, from every walk of life. Beginner or advanced in your fitness journey, doesn’t matter. Never judged. Always encouraged and pushed hard (boy are we pushed). I’ve never felt fitter in my life. And I cherish the Grit hour I have every day, because it is not just a workout. It’s a relationship. Thank you Toby & Grit13 for making me fall in love with exercise.
