Claudia Haidau I’ve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised I’ve never left a review even though I’m really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but it’s always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!

Neve Fraser A legit strength-training gym in Deptford with proper free weights, quality racks and a truly inclusive vibe. A spotless, modern and genuinely welcoming independent gym with an ego-free atmosphere. From my first tentative visit onwards, Darrel, the owner, has been friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to help. The gym is exceptionally well equipped, making it ideal for both beginners and more experienced members who want proper strength-training equipment without the intimidation. There is a strong community feel, many women train here confidently, and I’m now happily one of them. The coaching and support are excellent. Membership represents great value given the high standard of equipment and the environment. If you are looking for a clean, well-equipped, inclusive gym in SE8 with a positive vibe and proper support, The Fitness Laboratory in Deptford is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Rachel Filby As always Amandas class was tough but Amazing! I would highly recommend AMP, and especially Amandas classes. I have been coming for about a year now and now could not imagine life without these AMP reformer! I was a true beginner and terrified to start, so if anyone is wondering whether they can do it, I promise you, if I can, anyone can! Amanda is a brilliant teacher, with impeccable attention to detail. And therefore you feel stronger and more capable each class you do. It is also a very cool setting. A very easy 5*s.

Laura Copeland I’ve been attending Muay Thai sessions at Undisputed for nearly a year. I started as a complete beginner and have made a huge amount of progress in that time. The coaches are dedicated and it’s obvious they love what they do which makes training all the more enjoyable. Some gyms can be intimidating to walk into for the first time but I never felt that at Undisputed. Everyone is welcoming and you’ll soon find yourself part of a community of driven individuals pushing and supporting each other to be the best that they can be.
