1 /5 JM: It would be better to package in the blow dry with the price of the service even if it means raising colour / balayage prices. Seeing clients dry their own hair = bad optics. being handed a blow dryer and then told to go for your life is a decidedly un-premium experience. If you’re not an actor or model, it’s not uncommon that your booking is forgotten. The clients come out looking as if there is a template that is followed rigidly (Instagram calls it Mormon girl Hair — waves with semi unfinished ends) which leaves little room for customisation or thinking about what would work best on each individual person. agreed with everyone else who notes that David is rude. probably not rude if you’re Alexa Chung but can be quite abrasive if you’re a nobody.
