Tiffany Tran Love this place! Nails here are always amazing! And my hair cuts are always spot on! The staffs are amazing. They always talk to me like Im their friend, which makes me feel soo comfortable! I hope this shop never closes. I love this place so much!

Blessing N I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. I never have to watch when they’re doing my nails because it always comes out great. Joanne is so lovely always remembers my nail colour (I always get the same one). I’m not the most talkative so they don’t force me to talk, like some other places lol.

Kerstje Kan I came all the way from Essex for a refresher course and honestly it was so worth it!! Nae is so sweet and a great teacher. Definitely feel so much more confident and my sets look improved already!!!

neelam akhtar Iv been going to N&B salon for a few months now. Their team are so good. I don’t always use the same tech but anyone that’s available. They’re all very good at what they do. They have a vast variety of colours to choose from be it acrylic, gel, sns etc. every design is possible for these guys. I must say they do the most amazing pedicures, so so much with the hotel towel steam etc. Very friendly yet professional service every time. They actually talk to their customers and get to know them unlike some other nail salons! I’d give them a 10/10 if there was a rating. Different payments options too so don’t always have to stop for cash.

Natasha As a particular customer, especially when it comes to nails and customer service, I can honestly say that the nails were done really well! I normally have an issue with the varnish/ gel being painted too far from the cuticle, resulting in my nails looking grown out after a couple of days. The technician took her time with my nails and checked in to see if I was happy during the process, which I appreciated. All the ladies looked happy to be there (literally ALL of them were smiling!). This makes a difference between a visit and an experience, and this is key when providing self-care services. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and that lady was super sweet too. Based on this experience, I will be returning! Services carried out: shellac varnish with manicure, eyebrow threading & lip wax.

Suzanne Layfield Love visiting Chelsea. My hair is the healthiest it’s been in a long time, she always has good styling tips and product recommendations. Also helped me with clip on extensions for my wedding hair, colour matched and cut them in. They were perfect! 10/10 service!
