Fatima was truly professional at her job. Thank you to this beautiful and clean salon. I recommend trying it.

1 /5 Nadia: Hi, I wanted to share my disappointment with the GHD hair curling service I received today. Unfortunately, my curls completely fell out within an hour, despite paying £40 for the service and needing my hair to last for a wedding. During the appointment, the stylist didn’t use heat protectan, and she had to be reminded for hairspray. The chair I was seated in still had hair from a previous client, which didn’t make for a very clean or professional experience. I also noticed that the stylist didn’t hold the curls to let them cool, which likely affected how long they lasted. I’m really upset because I left feeling let down, especially on such an important day. I’d appreciate it if someone could get in touch to discuss this further or offer a resolution.

1 /5 Shokrollah Nazarinafooti: Three weeks ago, I went to this salon to get nail extensions. A lady named Fatima (if I’m not mistaken) did the extension for me. She did not listen to what I wanted at all. I specifically asked for short nails, but she insisted that long nails were better and ended up giving me extremely long, unattractive nails shaped like an eagle’s beak, very thick and without any neatness or precision. During the process, she wasn’t careful at all. She removed too much skin around my nails, which caused a lot of bleeding and burning. She even dismissed the color I chose and said it wasn’t nice, telling me to pick another one based on her own taste.

5 /5 somayeh: I’ve visited this salon several times and had different services done by Fatima, from hair coloring to lip shading and recently micro pigmentation for my eyebrows. I’m very happy with Fatima’s work. She is very precise, patient, and truly puts her heart into what she does. The results are always beyond amazing. Thank you, Fatima!
