Anne Walker Its clean, plenty of equipment and space. Not too busy so no wait for machines and there are plenty of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable here despite not having set foot in a gym for a while, with a physique that reflects that!

Theresa Hickey Had lunch at the cafe yesterday, delicious, tasty baked potato and freshly made salad. There is a great choice of wraps, sandwiches and salads all at very reasonable prices!! Great incentive to go and do a work out! Really friendly staff. Do go!!

Madhu Aravamuthan Ive been with Sheida Shams(an excellent PT at PureGym) for 2 years now and wonder how I managed without her before! Shes a trusted friend, trainer and coach - amazing from day one. Having had many trainers and coaches before, I truly understand fitness (physical and mental) with Sheida. Every session with her is an improvement for me - with a holistic approach to form, strength, focus and nutrition. I have continued my training with her during pregnancy and she has consistently removed aches and made me stronger and more confident in my body. I understand so much more about posture and form that I can now correct my husband on his! Shes the reason I look forward to sessions at the gym and I take her teachings with me everywhere. Sheida goes beyond a PT - she tailors sessions, brings invaluable advice and provides support - shes a life coach :)

Sophie Rayner Supportive friendly group following Erica’s brilliant classes . No two are the same . Up to four sessions a week plus resistance training and recorded sessions to do . All tailored to our particular needs . No one else so woman focused to avoid injury and promote healthy strong pelvic floor. Erica is always there to offer friendly advice when asked and is a brilliant trainer . Have been coming to Bootcamp for a few years now and feel stronger and fitter than ever before . Helps with stress relief and really hate to miss any of the classes but there are always the catch up videos . Really feel listened to and nothing is too much trouble for Erica . She gives so much of her time to education in many aspects including nutrition , exercise , wellbeing for women . There are challenges but she’s there with support , suggestions advice and friendship.

Henryk John Excellent gym to train in that caters to a wide variety of lifters. New and experienced come together in a delightful synergy. My favourite part of the place is the powerlifting room and the supportive environment. A close second would be the staff. The staff frequently go above and beyond to help members. A huge shout out to Lewis, Sophie, Lach, Mike, Matt, Sam and Charlotte - what a fabulous team!
