Linda Davis This is a gym for women of all ages and all abilities which is why I am still a member 14 years later feeling fitter and healthier. In that time the gym has gone through changes, all for the better. The changes include additional equipment and exercise classes so plenty to do and choose from. The staff are very friendly and the instructors very professional. I would highly recommend trying it out and I can guarantee you wont be disappointed.
