5 /5 Marcia: I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do, I go here. I’ve had gel extensions, shellac, and pedicures here many times, and they always turn out great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming when you come in, and they clearly remember you when you return. I’ve got sensitive skin and they take great care to not irritate it when working on my nails and cuticles. I visited today and had the same consistently great experience and was even offered a bottle of water while getting my nails done. Definitely recommend a visit.

1 /5 Sarika Rakesh: I went it for a nail Polish change, they used that circular tool which rotates while removing the nail polish. He was trying to remove shellac and in the process, cut the skin and it started bleeding. No apologies but he put some sort of powder and I asked what it was and he said its antiseptic. Never going there again and 23 pounds wasted...Nails not even done properly...

1 /5 Sharon Maxwell: Today I went to Forever Nails. Previously Harry had done a great job of my gel manicure and regular pedicure. He said I make your nails beautiful, and he did! But Today I had Fam (or Fan) and I asked for gel manicure and she talked about powder and infils, but I did not understand what she was saying as I have only ever had a gel manicure before. Her English was limited. So I asked for gel manicure. She did my pedicure and was distracted looking around and chatting in Vietnamese. I could see how attentive and caring Andy (who I believe is the owner) was to his customer in the next chair. But Fam (Fan) was not really interested and not thorough at all. I let this go, but she did my manicure, and it was awful, so lumpy. She got so angry with me and started shouting. I felt attacked, and really tearful. I have never been spoken to like this. Andy was lovely and he asked Harry to start again and do my gel manicure. In the end I was there 3 hrs! Andy was apologetic. But Fam (Fan) is in the wrong job. She definitely is not happy and she has anger issues! Sadly I was looking forward to treat myself to a gel manicure and regular pedicure, but left feeling disappointed and upset. I really did not deserve Fam (Fans) anger. Andy and Harry were very kind. But sadly my afternoon was ruined.
