ሳሮን ሀበሻዊት I called on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a woman who sounded like Asian. She didnt speak much English. I booked a massage for Sunday 5-6pm. She asked me twice which I have confirmed. She then texted me to confirm i am booked between 5-pm-6pm. I replied to the text. So I came all the way from Surbiton on a Sunday afternoon looking forward to have a nice massage and the shop is closed. I called three times. Finally I got a text message saying" we are closed." No apologies, no explanation as to why i was booked on the first place or why it is closed. First time coming in and i sure will never be back.

The customer service is exceptional-the girls are so welcoming and genuinely caring. My hair feels incredibly soft, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my dandruff since starting head spa treatments. The organic products they use smell amazing and you can really feel how natural and high quality the ingedients are.
