Going to the gym VS pole fitness has enhanced my upper body especially. Maxine and Brenda are excellent teachers who always push and encourage you to try new things and show you what youre capable of. The classes is completely diverse with all ages, strengths and sizes- everyone is very supportive and makes you feel very comfortable and confident.

After every session I feel a great sense of accomplishment and really happy that I went. The gym is in a great location, and the equipment is fresh and state of the art. The trainers are dedicated, focused, and super helpful, ensuring that every session is both effective and fun. They introduce new exercises daily which keeps things exciting and the music is great.
