She talked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable, and the treatment was so soothing I nearly fell asleep! My face felt refreshed, glowing, and looked amazing afterwards. Prioritising me is now at the top of my list and knowing that I have only ever had one facial in my life, it was definitely time for some much needed TLC! From the moment I arrived, Filiz’s calm presence and professionalism made me feel completely at ease. I loved everything about my treatment and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The gentle shoulder taps were so grounding and the neck and shoulder massage was a beautiful touch too. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism was outstanding and the studio itself, stunning. I had a facial here and each step of the treatment was explained along the way, including the benefits and how I could replicate at home. The products used were talked through in detail, which left me feeling really confident about what was being used and why. Ive had a few facials but her knowledge and expertise were second to none and the treatment was tailored perfectly to my skin’s needs.
