3 /5 Kara Hardie: i have come to coco nails for a while now and i love this business very much, however today i had a shockingly rude experience from “ying”. she made me so uncomfortable that i just sat in silence and didn’t bother to defend myself. she kept mocking me and laughing at me with her friends because i genuinely didn’t understand what she was saying, changing the price (i’m a regular so i know how much my sets cost) and didn’t know how to do the cats eye i requested and instead got angry at me when i pointed out that my nails didn’t look like the sample. i also asked multiple times for my nails to be shortened and they ended up being longer than when i came in. i understand it’s stressful working in a nail shop, but it’s not kind or professional to mock customers and speak rudely towards them. i left the nail shop feeling sad, embarrassed and disappointed. if i do come back, i will not be getting my nails done by ying again.
