El Ghailani Riyad Overall, I am happy with the gym due to being very spacious with a great amount of equipments and facilities to use especially the top floor. It is clean and well organised which only took me a couple of days to find and know where all the equipments are. On the other hand the music is very repetitive and gets annoying, thankfully there is a quiet section at the lower floor and the lockers are slighlty small for essentials like a coat and backpack.

Katy Lawrence I had never done anything like Muay Thai before but Sarah and Michael have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. I am new to exercise and they have really boosted my confidence and started me from the beginning. Both of them are experienced with injuries and have given me adaptations where needed. Both coaches put in real effort into mixing up combinations so no class feels the same yet you still use familiar techniques. Ive attended both the womens only classes and have recently started the mixed beginners which Micheal leads. Again, this was scary at first but within minutes I felt comfortable and at ease. Both take time every class to adjust and improve your techniques. The sweat is real and has also been amazing for my weight loss! Their class block deals also make it really affordable. If you are thinking of doing it, go and try it! You wont regret it and youll feel incredible after !

Veg Rae This gym is the best. Worth every penny and I highly recommend the Blaze class on a monday morning at 6.15 is Issah Akoh- mensah. This is hands down best class and being a titled Boxer Issah is very motivating. The class is always full because everyone agrees that he motivates us and im happy with my improvement. DL has an atmosphere that makes you want to do well. Thanks DL From a post partum mum

Emmanuel Siojo This place is great for young kids to learn and burn off some steam. My little one is always happy and enjoyed being here. Staff are friendly and coaches are approachable and always happy to help. Big space which has a lot of court. Weekends are busy from morning till afternoon. During winter time it’s a little bit chilly in the waiting area. They have a heater but never seen them on. The parking area is not enough parking space for everyone as many of them just parked on any available space.

Bethany Edwards Unique club with an incredible family atmosphere and community! Classes that suit everyone’s various goals and push you. Very professional, friendly and experienced. Can’t recommend enough!
