Jamie Have been training with Jimmy for almost a year now and I don’t have anything negative to say about him or the gym. They are accommodating to all fitness and ability levels and there is a great atmosphere. Fordes is a great place to train and it will help your physical and mental health as well as making you have fun.

Josh Anthony Jamies Gymnastics Academy is simply excellent. The classes provided are great for children of all ages and levels. Id highly recommend.

ben hughes Best gym in South. Left my old gym when the prices shot up to £100 pm and stumbled across Amigos and the marvellous Oli. Warm, welcoming, friendly, family-run, high intensity, old school gym and boxing set up. Perfect. The ownership and all wonderful staff greet you everyday and the patrons - no wallies! Everyone is a star. I love Amigos, Ive since brought my brothers-in-law and pals down here and most recently my 2 and 3 year old son and nephew. A real hidden gem, give it a shot.

Service, decor and facilities are spot on and you are always made to feel so welcome, what I love is there is something on the menu for all ages, even if you aren’t a roast lover, everything we have tried has been delicious. You can’t go wrong in other words!!
