First of all, I wanted to get my hair done at 3pm (I was booking this at 1:30) - Tanya booked me in - this is my first time coming here so already great impression.
I then was sat by a lady, I believe her name was Sophie. She was kind, offered to take my coat and offered me a drink.
The whole experience was amazing. This was my first hair cut in 2-3 years. Tanya asked me how I wanted my hair done and I explained to her what I would like and I must say, she perfected it. My hair is now neat, looks fuller, my grown out bangs are now able to be styled out of my face.
To finish it off, Tanya asked how I would like my hair dried. I said curly?... and she said of course and she put a lot of time into my hair making sure it was lovely.
To add to this, the hair cut was initially £30 but I had received 10% off as it was my first visit so it was £27 (which is a really good price for the location).
My 2021 hasn’t been great this year and I’ve felt sad a lot of it but yesterday, Tanya and Sophie made me feel beautiful and happy and it’s all thanks to them.❤️
