1 /5 T A: Extremely disappointing. I came for a full set and pedicure for a last min holiday, usually I’d go somewhere else but they were busy. The lady cut my toes nails round instead of square and kept telling me she doesn’t want to put an acrylic extension on to remedy it. She eventually did and didn’t file it down, leaving it bulky and messy. When doing my hands, she tried to stick a new set on nails on top of the old acrylic. She didn’t shape the nail at all down to the cuticle. They were all different lengths and not the same shape. I asked for the nails to match my toes, a milky white, and she insisted on keeping it the pink acrylic base only. I had no time to argue as I came on my break so I left it be. The next day I noticed how bad my nails really were. When I came back from holiday a week later, I came in requesting her to file down my toe nails only as it was bulging and hurt in my shoe. She tried to charge me £8 to remove 2 toe nails that were done incorrectly so I left and got them re done somewhere else. I don’t mind paying for the service, I just thought they would recognise their mistake and want to remedy it, given how bad it is. The price of the service is on par with places that do a much better job. I would suggest they either lower their price to match the quality of work or invest in better training as this is shocking.
