Liz Baker Started doing online yoga with Alex during the Spring lockdown-sometimes three times a week. She is a genuine, friendly and enthusiastic teacher who obviously prepares her classes. I love that classes progress, over two to three weeks with a theme, introducing different poses and and flows. I can’t express how much this has changed me and helped me. Jackson and all the team have been so motivating, so encouraging and made me believe that anything is possible again and as a result, I’m more productive, more positive, more creative. My relationships with food, with alcohol, with exercise have changed dramatically. I’m just a better version of myself than I’ve ever been.
