5 /5 Katie Cheal: I would just like to say what a wonderful experience I had this morning. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and also the pleasure of having my haircut by Debbie. Both ladies are so lovely and very welcoming. My hair looks absolutely lovely. I can honestly say it like the best hairdressers I’ve been in for a very long time. For me it’s an idea hairdressers, In and out and made to feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies and a Happy New Year x

1 /5 Mr & Mrs Suba: The lady there was rubbish; she has no idea about henna eyebrows. Eyebrows usually should be wider at the start and taper at the end, but she drew them long and wider throughout. The colour should be uniform, she has no common sense at all!! She applied a darker shade to the lower part and a lighter one to the top. Initially, she quoted a different price, but after completing the work, she charged a higher amount. Honestly, it was inferior service - I wasted my money, time, and, most importantly, my eyebrows were totally messed up.

1 /5 Jayparkwife Park: Of all the horrific beauty experiences Ive ever had, this eyelash extension place takes the crown for being the absolute WORST. I am utterly appalled and furious, and Im writing this to warn everyone to STAY AWAY. From the moment I walked in, it was a nightmare. The service was disgustingly unprofessional. Her first and only priority was money. She DEMANDED full payment upfront before any service had even begun. Huge red flag! Then came the bait-and-switch on the price. The amount she quoted me suddenly started creeping up with hidden "fees" she never mentioned before. It was a blatant, dishonest scam. But the worst part was the agonizing pain. The chemicals they used were clearly cheap, low-quality, and toxic. The moment the glue fumes hit my eyes, I felt an intense, stinging, unbearable pain. It felt like acid was burning my eyes. I told her multiple times that it hurt unbearably, but she was dismissive and had a nasty, rude attitude, insisting it was "normal." I was in such excruciating pain that I cried uncontrollably for a FULL THIRTY MINUTES straight, and her heartless response was to call this "normal" and dismiss my suffering. She clearly didnt care about my safety or comfort at all. I couldnt take it anymore. My eyes were watering uncontrollably and the pain was excruciating. I had to yell at her to STOP IMMEDIATELY and remove everything. And then came the final insult. After torturing my eyes with their poisonous chemicals and providing zero actual service, this greedy, unethical woman had the audacity to charge me only half of their already inflated, scam price! She literally put me through physical pain and then robbed me. She saw that I was young and thought she could bully and exploit me. This is not just bad service; its predatory, dangerous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR EYE HEALTH HERE. This place is a scam run by heartless con artists who use toxic products and have zero professionalism. My eyes are still red and hurting. I wouldnt trust them to touch a mannequin, let alone a human being. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
