1 /5 Anupriya Dalmia: It is the most painful manicure Ive ever had. I really didnt want to put a review because I hate hurting small + vegan businesses but I do believe quality and credibility matters. I had a gel BIAB manicure here two weeks ago for which I paid £52. Within 15 minutes of the manicure, multiple points on my cuticles bled as live tissue had been cut for which I wrote to the salon and informed them about this very politely. I had a lot of back and forth and at the end of it they refunded about 35% of the amount back to me. My fingers stayed swollen for a couple days before they went back to normal. Now, a week after the manicure, the polish has chipped in multiple places. I was told it will last 3-4 weeks but it hasnt even lasted a full 10 days and I do not have any rough usage of my hands that justifies this. I sent photos of this to the salon but never heard back from them. I will be taking my business to vegan nails by kt or Shoreditch nails that also offer vegan manicures but with higher quality services. Additionally, the nail tech was consistently coughing and I was made very uncomfortable throughout the experience. She did not wear a mask, even though I was wearing one and was clearly uncomfortable by her being unwell and in such close proximity to me.

5 /5 H E: Gardinia did an excellent job and she magically managed to disguise my broken toenail at no extra cost. Great range of polish colours and nice to know they are all vegan / cruelty free.
