Marion Marling I’ve been with Marc & Liam for over two years now before they where D&D! There passion and commitment to each individual that walks through there door is second to none. The atmosphere and vibes is like no other, the wealth of knowledge they have to pass on is amazing. They have helped me reach goals and then set mew ones always insuring that I receive the best and most focused training. Both my kids train there and love every session. Each coach brings something different to the plate. Marc - exemplary experience and passion, watch out for the fighters he is developing Liam - commitment to changing the norm second to none Simeon - the vibes master and another man with passion and experience, his knack for keeping the kids focused is crazy Lillie - amazing talent and patience even with someone like me! Kiera - always the early bird keeping the 6am bunnies on there toes! And all the other coaches making there way through the ranks! Amazing And Tara!! The wonderful lady who keeps it all ticking! Sonia Sylvester I have been training with Vaz for some time now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His approach is the perfect blend of patience and professionalism which has made a difference in my fitness journey. He motivates me and gives me that extra push even when I feel I cant go any further. He is clearly passionate about what he does and it shows. He never lets me settle for less than my best. Hoosna Bhaimia Excellent gym, motivating, fun and a good work out. For the ladies its fantastic way to build on your fitness, lose weight, keeping fit and active and meeting new people. I have been to many boxing and circuit type classes, and this is for sure the best!
