Laura and Kieran Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone

My discount code wasnt working properly but I still had the discount applied, and learned about other discount opportunities now that I have a Sweaty Betty account. Havent had such a great shopping experience in a while.

Denise Grant I saw what a friend had achieved at UP, so when I retired at the age of 57 I joined the Kensington UP branch with a goal of transforming body, my health and general wellbeing. I was aware it was an expensive option but having seen the results in real life I was willing to make the investment in terms of money, time and energy because I knew it would pay off. I was quite self conscious initially but I quickly got over that and followed all the guidance consistently. I quit alcohol and smoking. I ate 1350 calories daily from a healthy high protein diet, walked 15000 steps a day, drank 3 litres of water a day, slept 8 hours a night, and attended the gym 3 times a week. It was hard work and a daily challenge, but in just 6 months I dropped from 40% body fat to 19%. I lost 20Kg. I was strong and toned and I also looked 10 years younger. If a client consistently follows their trainer’s instructions (no cheating!) then results are basically guaranteed. And it happens quite quickly. Now over 3 years later having been inspired by the trainers at UP, I have built a healthy lifestyle around weight training, exercise and good nutrition. I feel like I am a new woman. I recently had my 60th birthday and a woman stopped me in the street today on my way to the gym and she said “can I just say you have a fantastic body”. For the first time in my life I am body confident. And most importantly I have never been happier. For anybody who wants to make the investment and is committed to the process, I highly recommend.

Kiki Kayembe Maria is an amazing teacher. She puts you at ease and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. I’m am a beginner but by the end of my first lesson I could tread water, float and swim on my back and do the breaststroke. She is very dedicated and patient. I used to be afraid to learn to swim, she made it fun. I’m still learning and having fun doing it.

Catarina Silva Love BarreCore Chelsea! Staff and instructors are super helpful and I go religiously 2 to 3x / week. My favourite instructores are Holly (Thursdays AM) and Grace (Wednesdays AM). Since I started doing Barre I have felt and become fitter than ever. I have hip & knee joint problems and keeping this fit has been a blessing. Now when I ski my legs no longer hurt!
