It felt so good to do Pilates again post birth and Charlotte was a fantastic instructor, she was great at keeping my baby happy when he fussed whilst remaining focused on me and correcting me as/when needed. Can’t wait for the next class!

Katy Lawrence I had never done anything like Muay Thai before but Sarah and Michael have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. I am new to exercise and they have really boosted my confidence and started me from the beginning. Both of them are experienced with injuries and have given me adaptations where needed. Both coaches put in real effort into mixing up combinations so no class feels the same yet you still use familiar techniques. Ive attended both the womens only classes and have recently started the mixed beginners which Micheal leads. Again, this was scary at first but within minutes I felt comfortable and at ease. Both take time every class to adjust and improve your techniques. The sweat is real and has also been amazing for my weight loss! Their class block deals also make it really affordable. If you are thinking of doing it, go and try it! You wont regret it and youll feel incredible after !

Little Orchid Great small classes, some of them are very popular and some are quickly fully booked. However a waiting list is available and one is notified. Simply do what you can and want with modifications given. Personal check-in before the lesson always possible ❤️

Angharad Halliday My daughter has loved attending for the last few years. Great equipment and space and the coaches are kind, encouraging and energetic. My daughter is shy and was supported to join in at her own pace. Office staff are organised and moving classes /days had been easy. Thanks Jamies, keep up the good work!

Jo Howell I had never done Pilates before I did Amy’s classes. She’s an excellent instructor, explains things clearly and takes the time to move round the class and correct your positioning. Every class is varied but you get a really good full body session every time. Pilates has genuinely become the highlight of my week and I can’t recommend Imperium Pilates and Amy’s teaching more!
