The instructors, especially Shenika are fantastic, they are high-energy, pay attention to form, and consistently challenge you. Ive seen huge improvements in my strength and stamina thanks to the variety of classes offered. The gym management is also clearly dedicated to making sure members have a great experience. Worth every penny of the membership fee!

Joanna Barrett I’m so happy with this gym. It has everything you could need, the staff are all very helpful and friendly and it’s kept nice and clean. I’ve been having regular PT sessions with Maya and it has genuinely been life changing. She is so intuitive and perceptive to how your body works and what it needs. Sessions go by so quickly and I never feel like I’ve been pushed too far but somehow at 41 I am the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been!

Al Great gym. Lots of equipment. Well ventilated. Plenty of space and utilies. Best gym ive ever been in. However seems crowded making the male changing rooms cramped. Im guessing its holiday time (Xmas), colleges closed. Lots of youth using the gym. Still its a busy, thriving atmosphere.
