1 /5 Sh Gh: Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with the keratin treatment at this salon. After the treatment, my hair showed no improvement at all—it didn’t take, and there was no noticeable difference. When I raised the issue, the staff didn’t handle it professionally and offered no solution to fix the problem. Considering the high price I paid, I expected better quality and more professional service. I do not recommend this salon for keratin treatment.

1 /5 Cami Prira: unprofessional service this wimen dyed my hair and let it wait for an hour.. Then she half washed it and it felt like she didn’t remove the product properly. Avoid this place!

5 /5 Elizabeth: Kim is amazing! She always does a great job cutting my hair. She listens to what I want but also makes suggestions based on my hair type. She is friendly and makes me feel welcome - I definitely recommend.
