1 /5 Channelle: I went there for a wax which was great, so I thought it would become my regular place for waxing and doing my nails and feet. Unfortunately, that changed. I had my nails done on a Sunday, one chipped within an hour. I went back the following day (Monday) to fix it, and the same thing happened to another nail on the same hand. When I called, I was told they were too busy to fix the one nail, which would take no longer that 4mins. When I mentioned booking a wax, they suddenly had availability, on my arrival I stated I no longer want the wax as I have no time which she then stated I was only booked in for the wax and they wouldn’t have time to fix the ONE nail. How can you not have time to fix one nail, yet have time for a full Hollywood wax. I won’t be returning.
